My coaching style comes from 30+ working alongside Professional Mental Health Counselors as a Holistic addition to their therapy. I can assist you in productive awareness of your emotional patterns relative to life, family, beliefs, your past, physical condition or environmental stresses. Giving you an ability to regulate and have peace. My own personal path through counseling and my recovery from multiple physical, emotional and stressful traumas have given me skills I now offer you. I am not a "Life Coach". I am a Therapy Coach present for any specific conversation on your mind.
Integrative Medicine
After 30 years + as a dual licensed medical professional combining my own healing story with 2 paradigms of Health; being taught functional medicine from the early 1990s; homeopathy and TCM - I have a lot to offer. Compassion for Toxic Relationships, NPD and healing
My skill of Being Presence is important whenever we speak. Being present for yourself is often hard without the understanding of what is going on in your relationships. I successfully have walked away from narcissistic abuse. My Mother had a narcissistic personality disorder, which effected me greatly for many years. I married a few too. Now is my time to help others, for being awake, knowledgeable, compassionate, experienced and present is my offer to you. You can have a new life full of calmness and kindness.
Divorce Doula
I know the stress and strain of divorces very well. I have helped people birth a new life through the process of a divorce. Lawyers help us legally. Mental Health therapist can be there objectively, and some are helpful. I am a doula that will assist you in every step you need from me. I will help you with communication and emotional regulation. If you are male or female in any type of commitment, it is the same to me. I support you. A divorce can be to a spouse, a family, a community, a business or a faith.
